Synopsis[]
Scrooge decides to become a vigilante after an unflattering report on him on television by sleazy reporter Lawrence Loudmouth.

- This episode may have inspired the production of Darkwing Duck.
- The Masked Mallard is a parody of Batman as he has a similar outfit and gadgets stored in a belt and has the same style of poses and phrases, also the places of Duckburg where he is present are inspired in Gotham City and are designed in the same way as in the comics.
