The Time Teaser is a time-stopping stopwatch invented by Gyro Gearloose. Flintheart Glomgold accidentally got hold of the device in the DuckTales (2017) episode The 87 Cent Solution! and used it to try and make Scrooge go mad with paranoia. With his family’s help, Scrooge tricked Glomgold into revealing his plot and reclaimed the Time Teaser.
