Thomas James "Tom" Kenny is an American actor, voice actor, singer, and comedian who voiced Fethry Duck and also guest voiced Dr. Atmoz Fear in the DuckTales reboot.

He is especially known for his long-running role as SpongeBob SquarePants in the series of the same name, as well as Gary the Snail, the live-action character Patchy the Pirate, and the French narrator based on Jacques Cousteau. He reprised most of the roles for The SpongeBob SquarePants Movie and its two sequels.

He also voiced the narrator of The Powerpuff Girls, Scoutmaster Lumpus and Slinkman in Camp Lazlo, and he started doing the voice of Rabbit in the Winnie the Pooh media replacing Ken Sansom. Aside from voice acting, Kenny starred in the short-lived Fox sketch show The Edge and was a cast member of the HBO sketch comedy program Mr. Show, where he worked with his wife, Jill Talley.
