In this TMNT scene, I can imagine Della and the kids including Webby enjoying ice cream slushies in glasses in a malt shop, then, they hear an alarm ringing.
Two pig thieves come out after robbing a bank or jewelry store, Della and the kids get out to stop them, Webby catches one thief with her grappling hook by his legs, and Dewey throws a garbage lid like a Frisbee that hits the 2nd thief on the head and has him knock himself out against a pole.
After rounding them up, Della and the kids are suddenly confronted by an angry director who reprimands and scolds at them for ruining what was in fact, a filming location for a movie he was shooting. Then, the director proceeds to insult them further; especially, Della, which begins to agitate her up to a point where she gets extremely angry and sucker-punches the director in the eye when he threatens to sue them and deny Della and her family custody of her kids for "setting a bad example for them."
The incident has been photographed and printed on newspapers, which reaches Scrooge in his study with Della and the kids sitting in chairs.
At first, Scrooge appears to be extremely disappointed over the upcoming consequences of their actions; especially, Della's until he asks Della how it felt to inflict pain on that hooligan, revealing that he is impressed and states that nobody messes with his family ("Mess with one family member, you mess with the entire clan.") no matter what. Then, all 6 laugh after going into details about today's event until the kids ask what are they going to do about all this in court. Scrooge tells them not worry, considering he's been through tougher spots in court than this and he'll eventually make it out well in the end. Or will he?
Somehow, at some point in the episode, it is revealed that the director is actually a thief who uses his director job as an alibi to commit crimes easier without getting caught or exposed while pretending to be shooting such scenes for a movie too.
